What's the proper procedure for warming a bottle of Unibroue Quelque Chose?
I recently attended a Unibroue beer dinner which featured their rare (only brewed/released every 4 years) Quelque Chose paired w/ glazed goat cheese in an orange marmalade, and they served the beer warm, in a cordial glass...which was all very delicious!
I remember the Unibroue rep explained there's a certain, proper way to warm the beer (stovetop?...150 degrees?)...and there's also a wrong way to warm it (microwave)... I recently bought a bottle and would like to try it warm again, but I can't remember what the proper procedure is....not that it matters that much, but if i'm gonna treat myself to this brew, i wanna prepare it right.
Anyone know? (I tried to check their website, but it's giving me an error right now...must be down for maintenance or something.)
Any help from any fellow beer geeks out there would be much appreciated!!
